Terms of service
Product Availability
The availability of each product sold on JadaNextLevel.com is shown on the product detail page. Most in stock items will ship within 5-7 business days from when you place your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) Once "shipped" the item has left our fulfillment center. Some items are offered as pre-order and will ship to you as soon as they are available. The availability of any product is subject to change.
Undeliverable Shipments
When packages are returned to us as an undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you via the contact information you have provided to us, in order to obtain a different shipping address to re-ship the order. We are not responsible if the contact information you provided is not active or bounces back.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Once an order has been submitted, you must contact our customer service at cs@jadatoys.com to attempt to cancel or change it. We are unable to honor customer requests to cancel or change orders that have already entered the fulfillment process except for remaining items in a partially shipped order.
